Generation Change
We are a Generation of Change!
Student Outreach:
Student leaders are actively engaged in reaching their communities and the world. If you are pouring into them, then they need to be pouring out into others! There are several ways we are actually living this out, and you can see them in action here! If you are looking for ideas for student outreach that is both exciting and effective, send our Outreach director, Erin, an e-mail at erin@gfc.tv
Generation Salaam Clarkston: Every week, we take groups of students to neighborhoods in our community to play with kids and teach biblical lessons. Children and families from all over the world are in these neighborhoods, and we have seen God change so many lives. Learn more and see video stories by clicking HERE.
Thrive: We are partner with an organization called “Thrive.” Their primary missions is to empower students to reach other students on their own campus. Hundreds of our students have joined forces with students from other churches in the area and are literally preaching God’s gospel to their friends every week! To learn more about Thrive and get free lesson guides, visit their website by clicking here.
Generation Change Annual Lent Project: Every year for lent our students fast from something that they love and costs money. They save the money they would have spent, and then give it towards one of four incredible projects around the world seeking to cause change. Learn more and see the stories HERE.
Worldwide: We believe in spreading Jesus’s love to people from every tribe, tongue, and nation. We do multiple journeys each year to serve people and bring God’s Kingdom. Check out the stories and upcoming projects HERE.
